Outstanding Atlanta

In 1968 this organization was formed to recognize outstanding young people of Atlanta for their contributions to
the betterment of the city. These are individuals who have distinguished themselves in their careers and/or
community service. Members have shown leadership in business, their professions, politics as well as nonprofit,
volunteer and charitable efforts. They are recognized because they are the most actively involved and dynamic
young people in Atlanta who, in turn help to promote the qualities that have made Atlanta such an outstanding
place in which to live and work. Every November we recognize our honorees with an awards ceremony. This years
ceremony will take place on November 6, 2009.
